By booking a consultation with Purevelis Skin, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services Offered

Purevelis Skin provides online skincare consultations including:

Skincare consultation & routine analysis
Acne consultation
Anti-aging consultation
Sensitive skin support
Glow-up plans

Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, voice/video review, or chat consultation.

Not Medical Advice

Our consultations are for educational and wellness purposes only. Purevelis Skin is not a licensed medical provider. Our recommendations do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a dermatologist or physician for medical concerns.

Booking & Cancellation

Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information about your skin and health
Attend sessions on time via the agreed platform
Use recommended products at your own discretion

Refund Policy

At Purevelis Skin, we want you to feel confident booking with us. Please review our refund policy below.

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Partial Refund

Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund

No refund will be issued for:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session
No-shows (client did not attend without prior notice)
Completed consultations

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your session at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is available once per booking.

Exceptions

In cases of technical failure on our end (e.g., platform outage), a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

Contact us via email or phone with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
